Thomas Paz

Thomas Paz grew up in real estate via his family's residential development business.  Thomas has managed over $50 million in work across the Southeast Region including retail, office, light industrial, assisted senior living, and both single-family and multi-family residential.   Thomas provided construction consulting services for the Switchyards Downtown Club, the brainchild of ScoutMob founder and entrepreneur, Michael Tavani.  Thomas has also led the adaptive reuse of Atlanta Tech Village, a 100,000+ square foot Buckhead office building funded by serial entrepreneur, David Cummings.  Thomas was owner's representative for the $15 million gut renovation which won the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best Rehab/Renovation Award for 2014.  Thomas also had responsibility for building operations and facilities for 200+ tenants comprised more than 900 individual members. He was awarded a Georgia General Contractor license in 2014 and earned his undergraduate degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech in 2008. 

Thomas lives in Peachtree Corners, GA with his wife and two young kids.  He enjoys competitive tennis and spending time at the lake.

Tyler Bradberry

Tyler Bradberry hails from a lineage of real estate brokers and developers.  Starting in the industry at age 14, Tyler worked up through the trades.  His spatial comprehension and critical thinking separate him from the ranks of his peers.  

Tyler joined the Village Construction team as a partner and owner in 2015, and helped drive annual sales north of $2.5mm.

Tyler earned his degree in Residential Construction Management from Gwinnett Technical College 2012. Tyler lives in Bradenton, FL with his wife, daughter, and two sons. He enjoys fishing on-shore and off, and riding his Harley Davidson.
